Basic Plus

The Basic Plus is the perfect chat application that allows almost everything what has to do with chatting. Besides all these features, the Basic can show you where a visitor is located on your website. You can also initiate a chat by using the auto-invite function.

Auto-invite

Visitors from your website can be automatically invited to start a chat. By configuring the setting a chat-window will pop-up.

Safe chats

Possibillity to encrypt a chat with 128-bit encryption. This allows the visitor to pass valueable information by chat. For example creditcard information.

Post-chat questions

Possibillity to create a survey where the visitors can give their opinion about the chat, the operator or service when the chat has ended.

Hot Key Canned Messages

The possibillity to use programmed messages which will be accesable by a simple shortcut. For example the use of CRTL+SHIFT+H to welcome your visitor.

Discussion

The operators can send intern messages to each other during a chat. Whenever the operator needs help or advise, he can contact other operators and discuss the issue.

Status

Possibillity to define a status and assign them to a chat. For example: Urgent, Important, Not Important.

Geo location

Shows you the country, region and city where a visitor is located.

Related Chats

U can view the chat history of a visitor. All chats by this user will be placed in a history which can be viewed in a later state.

Chat Assistance

Possibillity for operators to join a chat for giving extra service or assistance to the visitor.

Chat transcripts

The operator can assign a page to a chat. After the chat the visitor can fill-in his e-mail address and he will get a copy of the chat in his mailbox. Also the operator can get the chat forwarded to his mailbox.

Visitor information

View information about your visitors like IP address, the webpage they are currently located at, chat- and visit-history, etc.

Pre-chat form

U can set-up a pre-chat form with questions, which the visitor needs to fill-in before the chat will start.This form gives the operator the opportunity to redirect the chat to the right department.

Chat Time-out

The chatwindow will automatically switch to a e-mail form whenever the operator doesn't react within a certain amount of time or whenever he is not available.

Assign Chats

Chats can be assigned to different operators. Operators also have the abillity to join chats or overtake chats.

All operators can see the unanswered chats and they also can see when a chat is being answered by another operator.

Visitors do not have to install software. The chatwindow will immediately be loaded without the use of ActiveX or Jave-Applet.

Auto-link URLs

URL's which are typed by operators, are automatically converted to hyperlinks. The visitor only has to click the link to open the website.
